Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Elven VPN apps, the website at elvenapp.ru, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Elven VPN is a virtual private network. It encrypts traffic between your device and our servers. A VPN does not make you anonymous: sites you visit may still identify you through cookies, logins, or other means.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable law.

4. Accounts

Devices register automatically; there is no email-and-password account. A subscription can be shared across devices you pair. Anyone with a paired device can manage that subscription.

5. Plans and Payments

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan. Features, limits, and prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed through YooKassa and auto-renew until you cancel in the app. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are at our discretion and as required by consumer law. Contact t.me/elvensupport to request one.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any law
Transmit malware or spam
Attack or interfere with our systems or other users
Circumvent plan limits or access controls
Resell or redistribute access

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, or factors outside our control. We may change infrastructure at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR 100 RUB, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Intellectual Property

The Elven VPN name, logo, software, and website are owned by Elven VPN. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation.
