1. Introduction

This policy describes how Elven VPN ("we") handles information when you use our apps, website at elvenapp.ru, and related services (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

We do not require an email address, phone number, or real name. We collect:

A device identifier and display name, plus platform and app version
Subscription status and usage totals
Session metadata (when you connect, which server, bytes transferred)
Payment identifiers, status, amount, date, last four card digits, and a saved-method token if you subscribe — processed by YooKassa

The app also stores your credentials and preferences locally on the device. We do not store full card numbers; card entry happens on YooKassa's page.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not log browsing history, DNS queries, destination addresses, or the content of traffic through the VPN. We do not collect location, contacts, or other device data unrelated to the Service. We do not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

4. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the Service, authenticate devices, enforce plan limits, process payments, deliver updates, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not manipulate or monetize your traffic.

5. Third Parties

YooKassa — payment processing; their privacy policy applies to checkout.
Hosting providers — may process network traffic as part of running our servers.
Telegram — if you write to t.me/elvensupport, you interact with Telegram directly.

6. Retention and Deletion

Usage totals reset each billing cycle. You can unregister a device in the app. To delete all data associated with your subscription, use elvenapp.ru/delete or contact t.me/elvensupport. Some records may be kept where required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe we have, and we will delete it.

8. International Processing

Control-plane systems are hosted in Russia; VPN exit servers are in Switzerland. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in these jurisdictions.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
